I solve complex problems using design thinking and cognitive science.

I am an MIT graduate, most recently completing a Master’s in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience with a focus in Human Computer Interactions at UTD.

My focus as a researcher is rooted in the cognitive science behind human computer interactions and how this focus can translate into great user experience in our application development process.

I am Head of Growth Operations at Snackpass, a startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, General Catalyst and First Round Capital, the same firms who invested in Square, Uber and Airbnb.

My team creates engaging and intuitive onboarding experiences for restaurant partners who join the platform using user experience principles and process optimization.

Before my role at Snackpass, I lead the Discovery Lab at RISE, Inc. employing design-thinking processes along with the RISE propriety products 5D and ADDADIME to create intuitive and seamless experiences on mobile, desktop, AR, VR, MR, and the web.

My research became the foundation for how RISE pursues visualization through technology including recommendations on how 2D UX practices can be extended into a 3D experience, as well as what novel practices can be created to best support this new frontier.

This site holds a few examples of my work, as well as my resume. I welcome the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and the ways I can contribute to your User Experience needs.
